The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the digital transformation in organizations, by encouraging the use of technology for survival and the creation of more digital and contemporary new business models. Since junior enterprises (JEs) are recognized as the best practical learning strategy, constituting a space that fosters the development of important skills for the job market, as well as the incipience of the literature on JEs, it is important to investigate how digital transformation has been occurring in JEs, especially during the pandemic. This work aimed to describe the experience of digital transformation of a Brazilian junior enterprise of Psychology during the pandemic COVID-19. This work is characterized as a report of experience, carried out with observations and remote meetings with members of other JEs, with members of the JE boards and with all the members of the JE. In the pre-pandemic period, the JE was in the transition between levels 0 (non-digital) and 1 (present) of the Digital Business Maturity Model, then it evolved to level 2 (electronic engagement) during the pandemic. Such progress occurred through actions taken to adapt to remote work imposed by social isolation. The JE digital transformation process met the five steps proposed in the HINGE model. It is hoped this work can help other JEs in the digital transformation process, as well as encourage research on the reality of JEs.
