Design of Strategies to Promote Accounting Digitalization in Microenterprises in The Central Area of Espinal-Tolima

Abstract

The importance of accounting digitalization is to help to understand and analyze in a proper way the information through digital technologies. This tool is so useful that contributes to economic and social development; to achieve that microentrepreneurs in the center of Espinal implement information and communication technologies (ICT), they must access the accounting digitization for their establishments to operate effectively.

By managing these digital platforms and office tools, they help the different tasks that may arise within the establishment, as it is done in an organized and efficient way; benefiting them in time and agility by obtaining information that facilitates management and decision making, reducing the likelihood of errors.

The objective is to promote their use, so that people can use them in their daily lives and develop strategies and identify shortcomings to create new opportunities, benefiting their families and the community.

The purpose is to contribute to the economic growth of microenterprises motivating them in the use of technologies to be applied in the accounting part, where they can learn about the different digital platforms according to their needs, since the world is advancing day by day. This is done in order to break down barriers that delay the modernization of the economy and thus increase productivity.
